We understand that a report or specification without supporting images or details can be hard to action — so we back our enclosures with clear, measurable modifications and high-quality workmanship:
- Enclosure modifications — precision cut-outs using laser CNC machines, fitted earth studs.. We can modify enclosures from any manufacturer provided they fit our machine capacity.
- Material capability — we work with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and galvanised steel up to 5 mm thickness.
- Back plate modifications — custom mounting plates cut, drilled and finished to suit your panel layout.
- DIN rail & trunking kits — pre-fitted using rivets for rapid on-site installation; available as kits for repeatable, fast builds.
Electrical assembly & harnessing
We don’t just deliver boxes — we build full systems ready to install:
- Wire looms — automated cutting, stripping and crimping with professional identification (inkjet marking, heat-shrink labels, TMI, Brady and other systems) to simplify commissioning and maintenance.
- DIN population — terminal blocks, small control devices and accessories professionally mounted and wired.
- Full panel fit-out — complete electrical assembly including cable management, earth bonding, components and final test.

- Label manufacture — Gravoply signage (traff alternative) and a range of durable label materials to match environmental demands.
